Siesta Scripture Memory Team Celebration

In less than 24 hours I will be heading to the Siesta Scripture Memory Team  Celebration.
Beth Moore is hosting it at her home church in Houston. So excited!
What a year of meditating on scripture. As I look back over this year I cannot help to think about some of the verses and the meaning they have to me personally.

Here are three of the twenty four that I meditated on:
Matthew 6:34  Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.
This verse was posted on my mirror and still is. It became one of my life verses.

Ephesians 4:7 But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it
This verse I meditated on as I really truly understood the power of God's grace. This verse came at a time when I laid it all at the feet of Jesus and turned my life back over to Him last spring.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
This verse came very real as I lost my job this year. It became even more real after attending the bloggers retreat in October. I hear the words "trust me" It has also became one of my favorite verses.

I also started the year with being introduced to the precious voice of Kari Jobe.
Thank you Tiffany  for playing it on your blog last year. It meant so much to me at that time.

As I end this journey and move onto the next. I thought it would be appropriate to end with the words of Kari Jobe. This is my prayer as I attend this celebration with over 500 other bloggers.
